By leaving your laundry with Ever Clean Laundromat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services & Pricing

  • Wash & Fold: $2 per pound, minimum order $35.

  • Orders are weighed upon drop-off.

  • Services include in-store laundry, pickup & delivery, commercial laundry, and subscription services.

  • Payment is processed via CleanCloud Payments at drop-off, pickup, or as agreed for subscriptions.

Bulk & Oversized Items

  • Bulk or oversized items (including but not limited to comforters, duvets, pillows, mattress covers, sleeping bags, and large blankets) are not charged by weight.

  • These items are priced individually based on size, weight, and cleaning requirements.

  • Pricing for bulk items will be communicated at drop-off or prior to processing for pickup/delivery orders.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as a bulk or oversized item.

  • By submitting these items for service, you agree to the applicable pricing.


2. Turnaround & Delivery

  • Standard Turnaround: Laundry will be ready within 24 hours from the time of drop-off or pickup.

  • Express Service: Express service is available with a minimum turnaround of 6 hours, subject to capacity. Same-day service may be available depending on timing and volume.

  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, item type, or operational factors.

Delivery & Pickup Pricing

  • Free Pickup & Delivery: Available for first-time customers only, within a 3 km radius.

  • Free first-time delivery applies once per customer and may not be combined with other promotions.

  • Standard Fees: After the first order, pickup and delivery are charged at $6.99 each.

  • Additional fees may apply for distances beyond 3 km.

Delivery Terms

  • If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, items may be left at the door or designated drop-off location.

  • Once delivered, Ever Clean Laundromat is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery location.

  • Photo confirmation of delivery may be used as proof of completion.

  • Third-Party Delivery: We may use delivery partners, including Uber, to complete pickup and delivery. These partners may have access to your name, address, phone number, and order details solely to fulfill your order.


3. Special Care Items

  • Customers must notify staff of delicate items, dry-clean only items, or items requiring special care.

  • Ever Clean Laundromat is not responsible for damage to items requiring special care or labeled “dry clean only” unless properly noted at drop-off.


4. Stains, Damage & Liability

  • Stains may not be fully removed.

  • Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 10 times the laundering cost or the fair market value of the item, whichever is lower.

  • Customers must report claims within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

  • Ever Clean Laundromat is not responsible for shrinkage, color fading, color transfer, or normal wear and tear.


5. Personal Items & Prohibited Items

  • Customers must remove all items from pockets (e.g., money, keys, electronics). We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

  • Ever Clean Laundromat reserves the right to refuse items excessively soiled with bodily fluids, chemicals, hazardous materials, pests, flammable items, sharp objects, or illegal substances.


6. Customer Satisfaction

  • If you are unsatisfied with your laundry service, notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

  • We will re-clean items at no additional charge, provided the items were handled per these Terms & Conditions.


7. Cancellations & Changes

  • For scheduled pickups, cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Ever Clean Laundromat is not responsible for missed or late services due to customer cancellation or unavailability during pickup/delivery windows.


8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.


9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By leaving your laundry with Ever Clean Laundromat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • These terms apply to all in-store, pickup, delivery, commercial, and subscription services offered by Ever Clean Laundromat.
